How long will I need coaching?

It really depends on your unique circumstances and goals. Some clients work with me for a few months; others have been with me for years. You are always in control of your pace — and you'll know when you're done. When you know, you know.

I've tried so many things. How do I know this will work for me?

When you're truly ready, things move quickly. Everything you've done before has led you to this point. Sometimes all you need is someone to help you feel safe enough to share the truth. The truth will set you free.

What if I miss a session? Do I lose that call?

If you let me know a day ahead of time, I'm happy to give you credit for that call. I keep track of all your sessions and they never expire.
